Cornwall Strategic is a management consultancy firm with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients with turnovers between $5 million to $150 million. Their core business is assisting businesses develop strategy and working closely with them to ensure its successful execution. This can include working with them on risk analysis, change management, systems structure and process improvement, HR, culture change and business continuity planning.
Cornwall Strategic relocated to Parnell early in 2011. The large number of companies caught unprepared by the Christchurch earthquake led Cornwall Strategic to launch two initiatives:
- A business continuity planning (BCP) tool for companies across NZ to use free of charge
- A message board website www.nzbizhelp.co.nz, which is acting as a central portal to connect donor companies from all over New Zealand with Christchurch firms needing a helping hand to get back on their feet. Read more here
