Meeting Documentation

The AGM for the Parnell Business Association will take place on the 24th September 2026. 

VENUE: Jubilee Hall, 545 Parnell Road

TIME: 12pm-2pm

Nomination of Candidates for Election to the Executive Committee needs to be made in writing, on the appropriate nomination form, and the nomination endorsed & signed by two current members of the Parnell Business Association, as well as the candidate. To be considered for election, a nomination form must be completed and can be obtained from the General Manager (adriana@parnell.net.nz). The completed form must be returned to us via email (adriana@parnell.net.nz), or post (2 York Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052), to reach us no later than midday on the 17^th SEPTEMBER 2026. We do however encourage you to submit your form as soon as possible, to avail you of an opportunity to meet with a current board member or the General Manager, in order to develop an understanding of the level of commitment involved.

Voting & Membership. A person must be a Full member of the Parnell Business Association in order to vote at the AGM. Eligible members (or Affiliates) whose business is located in the Parnell BID Boundary, but have not yet validated their membership, may not vote. If you have not validated your business via a listing on our website, you membership may not be validated. The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 requires that all members of an association record that they have opted into membership. If you are unsure if you are a member or not, you can simply complete this quick form.
