We are excited to announce that the ballot results were 75.08% who voted YES and 24.58% who voted NO to the proposed Parnell BID Boundary Expansion.
We would like to extend our grateful thanks for your participation to all those companies and landowners who took the time and trouble to vote in the recent ballot. We achieved a record participation response of over 52.3 % of eligible voters who returned their vote, which is testimony to terrific stakeholder engagement.
We will be following due process to completion in the next few weeks to welcome you all on board as new members. We now need to develop a new strategic business plan for the whole of Parnell precinct and will be in touch in the near future with a proposed engagement plan.
This result shows tremendous support for an integrated Parnell Business Association and we look forward to an exciting future together.
