To celebrate, Parnell Library is joining in as a host of the National Read-along. Starting at 11am on the dot Monday 17th August, tamariki all around the country will gather together to read the same book at the same time by watching a dazzling livestream storytime together! Expect energy, laughter, performance, and a some in house fun at Parnell Library as we watch together.
This year’s book is Dazzlehands/Ringakōreko by Sacha Cotter and Josh Morgan. It’s bold, funny, cool and totally made for sharing out loud. A joyous celebration of imagination, diversity and being unapologetically you.
