This year, over 20 extraordinary Artists and Celebrities created individual works of art that were auctioned off to raise money for the Starship Foundation – National Air Ambulance Service.
It is said that people born in the ‘years of Pig’ are kind-hearted, pure and simple, and therefore widely welcomed by others and this Chinese New Year, we welcomed you to enjoy this one of a kind Exhibition and Auction.
Over 20 exclusive ‘Precious Pigs’ were displayed in various Parnell galleries, jewellers and select retailers for all to view, for two weeks from February 9th through to February 24th.
We invited you to establish and secure your interest in any of the Pigs by making a pre auction bid, prior to it being formally auctioned on Thursday February 28th.
The online pre auction biding opportunity auction closed at 4pm on the 24th Feb. For a detailed description of Terms and Conditions, please click here.
2019 is the fourth year in a row Parnell has celebrated Chinese New Year and with over 20 artworks available, we had no doubt these precious Pigs would find their ‘forever homes’.
The final Live Auction for these ‘precious Pigs’ took place at Jonathan Grant Galleries on the evening of the 28th February, with money raised from the auction going to Starship National Air Ambulance Service.
