The practice offers full architecture, master planning, and interior design services for all types of projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and use their standard documentation and guidelines.

Our practice is young and flexible, with a fresh questioning attitude and hands-on approach, backed by our director’s many years of experience.

Serban Teodorescu is a registered architect with 10 years of experience working in New Zealand. He has been involved as a design and project architect for a range of commercial and residential projects, working with individual clients and and user groups, establishing accurate design briefs and transforming the client’s vision into designs that can be documented, built and delivered on time and on budget.
