Faradays is pleased to reveal the firm date that CELINE Paris will officially join its coterie of coveted international designers.
After being appointed as the exclusive New Zealand home of CELINE’s full ready-to-wear and accessories collections earlier this year, CELINE will launch to the public at 10am on Friday 18 August, inside the luxury multi-brand store, in Auckland’s leafy Parnell district.
Comprising ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, small leather goods, jewellery, sunglasses and accessories, Faradays will carry seasonal collections, as well as the legacy brand’s signature perennial pieces, including the iconic Triomphe leather goods line. Founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, today the globally-revered French fashion house sits under the creative direction of Hedi Slimane.
“Having CELINE joining our family of designers ushers in a new era for Faradays, with an offering that hits all the right notes of cult-status CELINE products, as well as fresh unseen treasures that we know will delight long-time lovers of the brand,” says Faradays co-founder and Creative Director, Constance von Dadelszen.
CELINE will sit alongside Faradays’ existing line up of lauded international designers including the likes of Loewe, Givenchy, Alaïa and more. The brand’s upcoming arrival comes off the back of Faradays’ fifth major award win, taking the 2023 Supreme Award for Interior Design at the annual Architecture New Zealand Awards held on Thursday 29 June.
