Gardens Music Festival is taking place at Auckland Domain on Sunday 29 January. Here’s what you need to know regarding transport, travel and parking.
Parking
There are multiple pay-by-plate parking spots available in Parnell, and some spaces may be free during the weekend.
Public Transport
Check your public transport options! Buses are replacing trains over Auckland Anniversary weekend, so visit Auckland Transport to find the best option for you. Parnell is well serviced by buses, click here to learn more.
Road Closures
Road closures will be as follows:
- 5am – 9pm Wintergarden, Football Road, Little George Street, The Crescent, Kiosk, Grandstand Closed
- 7.30pm – 1am Domain Drive, Lower Domain, Museum Circuit, Cenotaph, Maunsell Roads Closed
- 9pm – 1am Carlton Gore Road, George Street, Morgan Street Closed
