Visit HAN to discover a combination of traditional Korean flavours cooked with French techniques!
Earth and water mix together in Maewoon tang, a creative twist of the Korean spicy fish soup. Enoki mushrooms served with a mushroom rock and mushroom duxelle as the earth component, and the spicy fish bone and pork broth with line caught market fish to showcase the water element of the dish. A very delicate but tasty combination.

ELEMENTS OF PARNELL – Light installations and performances
Heard Park is the location for a set of immersive, sculptural and light installations by ‘HYBYCOZO’, Stunning, enigmatic and immersive sculptures that are internally lit and create a surreal ambience, day and night, throughout the month of July.
Each Friday evening in July (5th, 12th, 19th and 26th, from 6pm-6.45pm, four otherworldly travellers will activate Heard Park and amplify the play of geometry, light and shadow created by the HYBYCOZO installation in a series of dance rituals dedicated to the four classical elements; Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The performers appear as mystical intergalactic vikings with large costume and prop pieces that draw inspiration from mystic symbolism, the vikings and the cosmos.
