A person must be a Full member of the Parnell Business Association in order to vote at the AGM. The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 now requires that all members of an association to record that they have opted into membership. Eligible members (or Affiliates) whose business is located in the Parnell BID Boundary, but have not yet validated their membership, may not vote. If you have not validated your business via a listing on our website, you may not have validated your membership.
