Southern Hospitality hosted Parnell Inc’s last Business Showcase Networking event for the year. The large turnout of members were impressed by the extent of Southern Hospitality’s offer to its customers through their
seamless supply solutions, including project management, design, construction and installation, as well as product.
Southern Hospitality is a market leader in the hospitality and catering sector, with expansion into Australia. Shannon Herrell, National Account Manager, spoke with passion about Southern Hospitality’s key strength in developing strong customer relationships.
Chef Tony Taylor explained and demonstrated the latest innovations and inspirational cooking methods – sous vide and using the latest hot air conveyor cooking method. He treated members to a live cooking demonstration, which proved very successful, going by the empty plates!
The evening ended on a high note with one lucky attendee winning the fantastic Christmas Hamper made up by la Cigale – congratulations to Daniel Djain.
