When the NZ Opera opened their doors to the Parnell Business Association in May, we were able to get a behind the scenes sneak peak of what it takes to stage a successful opera. Bringing music’s most celebrated characters to life is not just about the drama and theatrics. In addition to exploring the wig, wardrobe and make-up space on site, we were able hear about what it really takes to get the show from the page to the stage, as well as be gifted a preview performance with an aria from Carmen. Exquisit! With a wonderful turnout of PBA Members, it really was a night to remember. Thank you NZ Opera for having us!
