The Art Nouveau home design style displays decorative detailing combined with contemporary characteristics. This aesthetic is defined by flowing lines, curves that are seen from the walls with wallpaper Resene 103790414, to the furniture pieces on offer from some of Parnell’s most prestigious décor stores.
Pieces such as the Rumba Chair from Source Mondial, the Mateo table from Dawson & Co, the Soda Table from Matisse, or the striking anna d chair from forma will fit into any special corner of your home. Create the desired warmth with colour palettes of mustards, vibrant oranges, blush pink wallpaper Resene 103774229 and rose white with Resene Cest La Vie.
Finally you can complete the look with a Pols Potten Apple Tree candle holder from Corso Interiors, a Rimu relief sculpture by Jamie Adamson available from Black Door Gallery, or a work by a work by Aroha Gossage from ARTIS Gallery, which beautifully echoes the earthy tones.
Win a $4,000 Décor voucher to spend in one of the eligible participating décor outlets in Parnell, plus, a ‘Resene room makeover’ along with a free Resene colour consultation valued at $1000. Just choose your favourite decor product on this page and ENTER BELOW!

Pols Potten Apple Tree Candle Holder
Shaped in the form of twisting branches, adorn your space or create a dramatic table setting with the striking Apple Tree candle holder from Pols Potten.
From contemporary chic to whimsical fancy, Dutch designers Pols Potten always surprise with their uncommon collection of decorative objects, functional designs, and gorgeous furniture to adorn your space.

Soda Table, designed by Yiannis Ghikas for Miniforms
Soda was born upside-down, with a puff of air. It weighs 20 kilos, and it is blown, drawn out and shaped by three master glassmakers. The result is a single volume of glass with three large petals forming the stem.
In Soda, the glass vibrates: its tough, hammered surface fragments its transparency to give a primitive aesthetic. This is artistic value granted to an industrial product.
Rumba
This rather small, light and easily movable armchair provides active comfort while providing a cocooning atmosphere. The paradox between weight and comfort and between active and passive is the essence of the design.
Thanks to the novel shape of the back feet, this lightweight armchair is really easy to move. Cosy by the fireplace or in your favourite reading corner, you can choose your favourite spot anytime!
Mateo
The table is perched upon a curved base that flares out very slightly as it goes down, providing stability and solidity while adding a touch of the unexpected. The conical base is available in two versions — one round and one ovular — to seamlessly integrate into existing spaces.
Available in an array of sizes, heights and configurations to suit varying compositions of families and groups, the table is designed to be a centrepiece for creating traditions that span decades.
