Parnell Property Owners questionnaire

Our Objective:

  1. This questionnaire is aimed at commercial property owners of retail and hospitality premises in Parnell Road to test the appetite for a joint vision for the future of Parnell Road with key focus areas being:-
  • The built environment
  • Streetscape enhancement
  • Guidelines to address shortfalls in the tenant mix
  1. We would like to understand how landowners perceive the impact of streetscapes and public spaces of a high street or town centre such as Parnell Road, on the ability to attract shoppers and add vibrancy.
  2. We would also like to understand how landowners perceive the importance of a ‘curated’ or strategic tenant mix that attempts to address shortfalls, and is pivotal in creating drawcards for patronage.
