The Parnell Business Association is seeking Expressions of Interest for a ‘placemaking concept’ that has the ability to create a cohesive streetscape along Parnell Road, which over time will provide Parnell Road with an immediately recognisable identity, differentiating it from other high street precincts.

We are seeking design input to re-imagine our urban spaces to help revitalise our high street, and asking ‘if’, with the inclusion of placemaking elements, we can make Parnell Road a destination of choice, in its own right.

We are asking for assistance from key creative businesses in Parnell.  

The brochure outlines the Design Competition, relevant Brief and Scope.

Stage 1 is a simple Expression of Interest (EOI), followed by a ‘limited response’ proposal, which articulates a clear proposition of a potential placemaking concept in no more than 2 pages. No visuals are required for Stage 1, but a selection of no more than 3 visuals or references, can be supplied at your own discretion.

The deadline for Stage 1 is the 10th June 2022.
