TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By completing this Spot Prize entry form as a participant in the Whales Tales, Parnell Scavenger Hunt, via the Action Track app, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

  1. On a daily basis in between and including the dates of 26th March – 3rd April 2022, we will draw EIGHT spot prizes with a value of $25 to spend at one of the cafés or eateries in Parnell.
  2. You are welcome to enter for a spot prize, ONCE at each of the three unlock points, being ‘Lala Cafe’, ‘Historic House ‘and ‘Faraday Street’.
  3. The prizes will be delivered in the form of an email voucher to the winner. The voucher will name a specific venue in Parnell and the voucher HAS to be presented to the venue in order to redeem the prize.
  4. The prize is completely non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. All vouchers will have a three-month expiry date, following acceptance of the Prize.
  6. The Parnell Business Association accept no liability for the closure of businesses due to COVID or any other factors.
  7. Due to the unknown restrictions that may be in place because of Covid-19 at the time the winner is announced, please note that the Parnell Business Association cannot commit to the winner the availability of in-store opportunities to spend and collect chosen items, or the availability of each venue during the full expiry period of the voucher.
  8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive further communication from the Parnell Business Association.
  9. Employees of the Parnell Business Association and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.
  10. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. A display of promotional material/product from any supplier featured does not constitute an endorsement of the product by Parnell Business Association.
  12. Parnell Business Association reserves the right to end the Competition at any time.
  13. Parnell Business Association reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
