VOTE FOR ART DECO AND WIN $5000!
Art Deco interior design is a bold, glamorous, and luxurious style. It’s all about symmetry and stylised geometry, blending modern technology with lavish decorative elements.
Consider the Cove Rug from Source Mondial, made from hand-knotted, hand spun wool and bamboo silk, taking its inspiration from the great master of the modern art era. The Selenite layer pendant from Dawson + Co, available in Matt Black or Flat Brass, is a sculpture in its own right! No matter what the theme, comfort and liveability are a must. Comfi offers a grand night’s sleep with their All NZ Wool Pillow—the softest, cloud-like pillow made from 100% natural wool. Speaking of rest while we chat Art Deco: you can’t go past the Libson Headboard by Artwood from Refined Living, which is perfectly suited for art deco and modern bedroom environments. If it’s not the bed you lie on to have a nap, it’s all about a wise sofa choice! Look no further than the Bowie Sofa from Bauhaus. The Bowie is a customisable sofa that adapts beautifully to any living space.
Every living space needs a side table. You’ll find the Monroy Small Table at Trenzseater fully embodies the designer’s peculiarity for sleek forms and adds style to any space. Or consider the Corso Noah side table in blackwash, which brings its contemporary carved artisanship to a space with the ring layered detail in blackwash finish.
Lighting creates a special mood in a room. The Refined Living Nest Pendant by Halo Established is an absolute feature piece. No one would enter a room and not comment on it! Likewise, the Sol.En Wall Light from Residium is a masterpiece of form and function, seamlessly blending into any space whether used on the ceiling or as a wall light. Art Deco opulence can also be found in Dawson + Co with the Shimmer Bar Cabinet that exudes flair and finesse.
