YEAR OF THE RAT - HOW TO GET YOURS
During the Chinese New Year period, starting on Monday January 27th, the Parnell Business Association will let you know where ‘Street Rat graffiti art’ is popping up around some of Parnell’s most loved spots. We encourage you to follow the daily clues provided on social media, find the street rats, and post your ‘rat finds’ to be in to win a prize per artwork.
All Street Art is available to purchase here. There are only 21 editions available of each work of ‘ratty street art’ so if you wait too long for your favourite street art print by your favourite artist, it’s likely you’ll miss out.
Barfoot & Thompson Parnell are once again showing their support of Chinese New Year in Parnell by coming on board as our Key Sponsor. Pauline Goldfinch, Parnell Branch Manager says “Barfoot & Thompson Parnell is thrilled to bring you the 2020 Year of the Rat street art roll out for Chinese New Year. As a branch, we greatly value the diversity of our community. For us, supporting this local event is just one way that we can give back to our Parnell.”
If you would like to view the framed ‘Year of the Rat’ digital print edition 1 of 1 exhibition on 27th Jan – 16th Feb visit Artmount and Framing Matters. Also, contact Artmount and Framing Matters and ask for their ‘Year of the Rat framing discount’ if you’d like your digital rat art purchases framed.
